Sign Up and Log In
How to
Sign Up?
From the EZPhoneBill "Home" page, click "Sign Up Now". Enter your billing information, select the
product package you would like to purchase, and accept the terms. You will be
sent an email confirmation, as well as an activation email providing your
username and temporary password.
How to Change Your Password?
You
can change your password at any time. From the EZPhoneBill "Home" page, log into your EZPhoneBill account, select "Change Password", enter the new
password you want into the "Change Password" field, and again in the "Confirm
Password" field. Click the "Submit" button to save your new password.
What if I Forget My Password?
If
you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link that is displayed
in the log in field on the EZPhoneBill "Home" page. A new temporary password
will be sent to the email you provided during the sign up process.
Can I Change Product Packages?
Yes
. You can change the product packages at any time. After logging in, from the
"My Account" screen select "Upgrade / Downgrade" service. Select the new
package you would like. You will then be asked to accept the Terms. Once you
have accepted the terms, you will receive an email confirming the change. While
your new package will go into effect shortly after you have made the change, the
new package will be billed on your regular monthly billing anniversary date.
You will not have any pro-rated charges or double charges in one month.

Tokens
What are the tokens for?
Tokens allow you to play premium games and enter
tournaments. They are also used to download games to your computer.
How do I get tokens?
When you subscribe to a monthly package, your account will
be credited each month with tokens. The number of tokens credited is based on
the gaming package you have selected. For example, if you subscribe to the
"Master Pak", each month your account will be credited with 150 games tokens;
and 3000 tokens for downloads; totaling 3150 tokens.
How Can I Get Additional Tokens?
There are two ways to get additional tokens.
- Purchase tokens - One time per month you can
purchase an additional token pack. Token packs come in quantities of 50,
150, and 250. Tokens can be purchased by logging into ."My Account", then
select "Buy Tokens"
- Tournament Play - Many of the tournaments offer tokens
as prizes to the winners.
NOTE: A subscriber can only purchase one
token package per month
Do My Tokens Expire?
No . If you have a monthly subscription package, your
tokens will accumulate.
Can I Buy Additional Downloads?
A download is equal to 1000 tokens. If you have at least
1000 tokens in your account you can download a game to your computer.
Where Can I See How Many Tokens I Have in My Account?
Once you log into EZPhoneBill, tokens can be viewed in the
"My Account" screen, or from the "Games" screen. On the "Games" screen the number
of available tokens is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen, or you
can click on "My Token" on the right menu bar.
What
Happens to My Tokens If I Cancel My Account?
Once
you cancel your account, you will not longer be able to access
EZPhoneBill-Games; and your tokens will be deleted.
Billing
Does my phone company know you are doing this?
Yes.
EZ PhoneBill works very closely with over 1300 phone companies across
the country to first qualify each online service and then to gain phone company
approval for the billing and collection of digital products and services made
available to you for purchase.
What will show up on my telephone bill?
Your game
subscription will appear on the PaymentOne bill page of your local phone bill,
billed on behalf of EZPhoneBill, Inc, as EZPhoneBill Games Monthly Service
Charge.
What If I Do Not Want To Bill This To My Phone
Bill?
If
you choose you can bill EZPhoneBill product to a credit card. EZPhoneBill
accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
If
you subscribe to a monthly service, and choose to have EZPhoneBill products
billed to your credit card, EZPhoneBill will charge your credit card once a
month.
When Do I Get Billed Each Month?
EZPhoneBill
uses "anniversary date" billing; which means you will be billed once a month on
the day on the month in which you originally sign up and became an EZPhoneBill
customer. For example, if you originally signed up for service on the 4th
of March, you will be billed each month on 4th.
If I Change My Product Package, Will I Be Billed Twice In One
Month?
No.
EZPhoneBill will only bill on your billing anniversary date. If you choose to
upgrade or downgrade your service at anytime during the month, the change will
be reflected on your next month's bill.
